BB lab is a good brand and its collagen is tasty for me. I don’t mix with anything. Just pour the powder into my mouth and drink water. That’s better for me to take it. I take every night before I sleep, and I drink water with a mug. It shows some changes on my skin. Although I have fair skin, I notice that my skin becomes clearer. I can clearly see more veins after two weeks of drinking. That’s the first thing I notice on my skin. It comes in sachet forms, so it is easier for me to take every night. I don’t need to measure how many spoons or quantities. Overall, it’s a good brand and safe to drink.
