Keep the content of a sachet in your mouth for 30-60 second. The taste of green apple is so good and once you have rinsed, spit it out and don’t be scared when you’ll see a lot of brown liquid coming out of your mouth! The cleanse is so deep, you didn’t even know it was sitting in your mouth!
