It says on instruction you need to apply on dray skin, but I find it works better on wet skin, it creates a foam, you need the smalles amount, pea size only. It has a few little granules in it, helps with exfoliation, love it a looot. Very big packaging 180 ml, deffinietly worth it. No scent to it, leaves skin very smooth after wash.
