Oliviaamazing pigment!November 6, 2025this helped me to tone down old highlights and balayage to match the rest of my natural level 7 dark ash blonde hair. on the lightest parts, it took on a silvery grey-ish colour without any khaki or green tint at all. like with any toning shampoo, it is a bit drying! i recommend using a moisture heavy conditioner or hair mask immediately after.

However, don’t stop at just shampoo — it does leave the hair feeling a bit stiff on its own. You’ll definitely need to follow with a hair mask or conditioner to bring back the softness.
Once you do, the result is so worth it — clean, vibrant colour with hair that feels refreshed and healthy again. -
