    I have a question? Are your products original. If so why are the boxes not sealed? Everything came crumpled. The serum with vit. C came like this and has already been used. the bottle is not full. I am attaching photos.

    El suero tiene un olor herbal bastante intenso. La textura es pesada y pegajosa, lo que lo hace incómodo de aplicar. Además, el color me preocupa porque parece oxidado.

    Es el segundo producto de esta marca que pruebo (antes probé el suero con bakuchiol) y nuevamente ha sido una decepción. Como también señalaron otros usuarios, el frasco no viene completo.

    En conjunto, la experiencia con este producto ha sido insatisfactoria y no lo recomendaría.
