It didn't break me out, and it soothes and moisturize. I think it would be a little less moisturizing for people with dry skin but i guess u could just put more? it has a watery gel kinda look and feel. I use any active with it without worrying about my sensitive skin + I like layering it with other moisturizers (the ones with niacinamide) the glow is unbelievable.
