It does what it says; refine skin, even skin tone, reduce fine lines and dark spots and made my pores disappear! There is no dupe for SK-II facial essence. It may be a little pricey but so worth it because it does wonders to your skin. I used it at night as a toner before applying all other products to my face. And I noticed faster absorption of my other skincare products. Before using SK-II I felt that the products just sits on my face when I wake up in the morning. I bought the 230ml and it goes a long way. Bought it in January 2024 and I'm finishing the bottle and can't wait to get another 230ml.

Alexander LeeExpensive, smells a bit odd, but effective.April 1, 2024I was surprised when I opened the bottle, it smelled really sour (quite unpleasant) I'm not sure if its just because of my skin? or maybe the products I use but whenever I apply this, my skin feels really great. Its like adding a 'aura' or my skin is 'humming' which is not the best description. Its quite expensive for the mini bottle I bought, I'm honestly not quite sure if I'll buy it again (maybe if its on sale?) but with the results and the glowing FEELING it gives is quite nice.

It plumped up some of the fine lines and my skin is also looking a little bit brighter. The effects take time though so don’t expect to use it and in 1 week all your problems will be solved. I loved it enough I bought a back up bottle.
