munariah...me gustaJune 24, 2026El ácido azelaico (azelaic acid) es un activo bastante interesante en cosmética, pero no es “milagroso” ni inmediato, como a veces se vende.
Tiene buena evidencia para varias cosas: ayuda con el acné leve a moderado, reduce marcas postinflamatorias y mejora la rosácea porque es antiinflamatorio y antibacteriano. También tiene cierto efecto despigmentante suave.
Ahora, el “comentario ácido” sería este:
no es un ingrediente espectacular en el sentido de resultados rápidos o visibles tipo retinoides fuertes o hidroquinona. Es más bien constante, lento y discreto. Mucha gente lo abandona porque al principio parece que “no hace nada”, cuando en realidad su fuerte es la tolerancia y la mejora progresiva. -
