My routine is that I have a handheld vacuum that I use every time I comb and massage my scalp and vacuum the hair that fall on the floor. I started noticing less and less hair that I need to vacuum every time I massage and comb my hair. At one point, I was shocked at how little I had to vacuum. So this product definitely helps with hair shedding.
