Personally, my skin is very sensitive and I can't use any perfumed products, but even though this cream contains fragrance, my skin didn't react. As for skin lightening, I didn't notice any, but I do have sunspots, which have started to fade gradually. Perhaps you can see results for the sunspots in less than a week.
