ElaineA handy knee heat patchApril 27, 2025I brought this knee heat patch as I suffer with pain in my left knee. It can feel uncomfortable so thought these might help to ease the pain.
These knee patches are very easy to use. You just peel off the sticky backing, then place it on your knee. The shape of these patches are designed to fit under or on top of your knee cap. The pain I experience is at the side of my knee cap. I have used a patch under my knee cap and have cut one in half so that I could put it on the side of my knee. They stayed in place really well. I put mine on in the morning at around 7am and took it off before showering in the evening at around 10pm, the patch was still in place, it had not moved. The heat lasted the whole time. initially it felt really warm. not too hot so it was comfortable for me. The heat did wear off a little bit as the day progressed, I could still feel some heat after 8 hours. It did help to ease the discomfort, and with the patch having some material in it, it also provided a very light support when wearing it under my knee cap.
I've found these patches to be useful for easing joint discomfort. I wouldn't say it eases the discomfort totally, but is good for light pain relief.
