It has a medium consistency, not too soft or drying. And the color pigments really well! You could even skip applying anything over it. In the picture you can see the way it looks by itself after applying.

IsisiRed 03February 6, 2025I really like this liner, the red, the brush, the pigment, all. I’ve only used it a couple of times with a red lipstick on top and it’s great. I think you could also just use this as a lipstick.

JenWorked well until I broke itNovember 29, 2021I loved this red lip liner! I would wear bold red lips and I outlined them with this lip liner. I believe I broke it and you can't sharpen it so it was unfortunate. You have to buy a new product for that. Good price though.
