WiwiNiceJune 28, 2025Very pretty Light color, its a nice baby blue. Has a tiny bit of shimmer but barley noticeable. Id say its somewhat buildable, but with too much it becomes chalky, but you dont need a lot to get color payoff. Its a very whimsical color.

The formula is finely-milled and closer to a translucent sheen than a chrome shadow. It can be used as a highlighter. The eyeshadow has to be applied in thin layers, but if you apply a lot, it can ball up. The intensity can be built up the slightest amount with an eye primer but even then the difference is marginal.

I really like the sleek packaging but I can achieve the same look more effortlessly using the flower knows mermaid palette or color pop shadows.
