vicSuper natural gleamJuly 22, 2024It’s really dry in my area and I was on the search for a highlighter that gives a glow to the skin, rather than that powdering glow from makeup. This balm applies exactly like how a balm would, but this one is extremely light. other balms I’ve tried are heavy and tend to make me oilier. it applies just fine on top of my makeup after powder and everything. I think it’s also great if you want to use this if you want a natural day.
