If you don’t like tart flavor I wouldn’t recommend. This helped my nails grow A LOT! I used to bite my nails a lot and as you can see, my nails don’t grow the best and still grow kind of ridged, but they definitely have improved and I noticed after adding collagen jelly to my diet. I tried diffent packs and diffent brands, they’re all similar but my favorite was the white grape EVERDAZE, I’ll probably stick to those. Los efectos visibles en la piel y uñas usualmente tardan semanas, así que será interesante ver si realmente mejora la elasticidad y luminosidad con el tiempo.
La probaré por 3 meses antes de dar un veredicto final -

Cabe señalar que ya he comprado skin care coreano antes y había visto una mejora en mi piel pero más lenta, y ahora con estos sticks que estoy tomado siento que ha sido un poco más notorio el cambio. habrá que esperar más días para ver realmente qué hace. Tiene buen sabor aunque intenso y me gusta la textura de gelatina. :)
