KayDefinitely CalmingApril 28, 2026I bought a few of these bottles on sale and have been working my way through them. The serum feels gentle to me although my skin is not overly sensitive as I have been using Azelaic serums for some time now.
My usual is the Cos de Baha 15% Azelaic serum and this would still be my preference in terms of effectiveness for reducing pigmentation and sensitivity. However, the Cos de baha one can feel a bit more “bitey” to begin with and perhaps not the best place to start.
I think this one is a good intermediate serum for those who want to move their Azelaic game up a notch … but not too much. -

Javieraazelaic acidApril 25, 2026Probé la VT Azelaic Acid (línea calming) y es MUY buena si tienes granitos o rojeces 💚
Tiene una textura ligera tipo ampoule que se absorbe rápido y no deja la piel pesada. Lo que más noté es que ayuda a calmar brotes, bajar rojeces y mejorar la textura con el uso constante.
El ácido azelaico es clave porque:
* reduce acné y bacterias
* desinflama la piel
* ayuda con manchas y tono desigual
💡 Opinión real:
* buena para piel mixta-grasa o acneica
* calmante pero igual trata
* no irrita tanto como otros ácidos
Pero ojo:
si hablas de “20%”, eso ya es nivel fuerte (tipo dermatológico), no todos los productos de VT llegan a esa concentración
👉 En resumen:
lo recomiendo si quieres controlar acné + rojeces sin usar algo demasiado agresivo ✨ -
