I mistakenly purchased these because I thought they'd be silicone foundation puffs rather than velour powder puffs, but I was willing to give them a try. They're rather firm compared to other powder puffs I'm used to, and the velour cover is quick to come off. I purchased two of these and I'm down to one because the one I washed separated the velour from the puff. I probably would not recommend these, but for the price I think they're okay.
