As soon as I spray my face with it, skin immediately starts feeling calmer and any itchy area is noticeably less itchy. It's got a fine mist that absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy/tacky residue on the skin. I love how naturally glowy the skin is after using the mist! Just note that it has a very strong herbal/medicinal kind of scent, so if you are sensitive to strong scents, beware. I personally like the scent. I would definitely recommend this mist, it's fantastic for soothing cystic acne!

It has helped clear my acne with of course changing my eating habits from restricting no sugars no dairy and drinking plenty of water. Seriously acne sufferes look into acne map on Google.
