I have my own courier account. Can AsianBeautyWholesale use my personal account to arrange delivery so that I don’t need to pay shipping fees?
If you want to use your own courier account to handle shipping, please contact Customer Service for the details. Currently, we can only arrange to use personal courier accounts with DHL, Fedex, UPS and Aramex. If we can confirm the arrangement with your courier, we will deduct the shipping fees from your order and issue a refund in your original payment method.

Please note that the actual weight of your order may be different from the one we calculated in your order details because of the packing material.
Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?
All orders shipped using Express Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL.

Tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.

Why is my order not yet shipped even though its estimated shipping time has elapsed?
The estimated shipping time of an order is determined by the availability of the items and the chosen shipping method. However, the estimated shipping time may be exceeded in some cases, like if an item becomes suddenly scarce, the items must be manufactured again, or if there are uncontrollable shipping delays. In these difficult cases, we must apologize as it will take longer than the stated availability time for your shipment to reach you.
How will my orders be shipped?
[Express Shipping] Orders are shipped via international courier services, which operate in most countries. Orders may also be shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service), which is delivered via local post offices. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. AsianBeautyWholesale will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

[Expedited Shipping - offered to select countries only] Orders are shipped via courier or the Post office. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. AsianBeautyWholesale will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

[Premium Standard Shipping - offered to select countries only] Orders are shipped via the Post Office by eParcel or Registered Post. AsianBeautyWholesale will use its discretion to determine the best shipping agent for each order, and reserves the right to change shipping agents without prior notice. 
Where does AsianBeautyWholesale ship its orders from?
All orders are processed at and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
When will my order arrive?
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the "availability" range of the items in your order. The Expected Ship Out Date is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

Can I pick up my order, or employ a forwarder in Hong Kong to collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, this can be arranged. You can leave the comment “This order is for pick up” in the “Your Comment” box during the Order Confirmation step of the checkout process. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information about this arrangement.
Can you ship orders to my warehouse?
Yes, we can ship to designated warehouses (e.g., Amazon warehouses, FBA fulfillment centers, or similar).
Can I use my own shipping labels so my orders will be shipped directly to my warehouse?
Yes, you can. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will inform you of the dimensions and weight of your shipment so you can create your own shipping label and send it to us. We will use the address on your provided shipping label as the shipping address of your order.
Can you help attach my inventory labels (such as FNSKU) on individual products that I purchase?
We can, but such services will incur an additional fee of US$ 0.45 (originally US$ 0.55) per piece (the price for this service may change without prior notice). If you wish to use this service, you can add it to your shopping bag during the checkout process, and the service fee will be calculated and added to your order total. If you choose to apply this service to a bulk box purchase, we will attach the individual label according to the piece quantity in the bulk box and a US$ 0.45 per piece service charge will be charged. Please note that once you place an order requesting our product label service, you will be unable to cancel the service from your order. Please contact us if you have further questions or wish to discuss this additional service.
If I request your product label service with my order, what should I expect for the order fulfillment time?
Requesting our product label service will add an additional 5-7 days to your order fulfillment time regardless of product availability. So even if you order only in-stock and ready to ship items, we will still need an extra 5-7 days to fulfill your order
Can my shipment be delivered to a Post Office box?
No, orders placed at AsianBeautyWholesale.com cannot be delivered to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes.
Do you provide drop shipping?
We are in the process of studying drop shipping and plan to implement the service in the future. If you are interested in drop shipping services, please contact us by email so we can notify you when it has been launched.
What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to AsianBeautyWholesale?
All shipments returned to AsianBeautyWholesale are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as AsianBeautyWholesale’s regular shipping fees. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.
Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
When ordering from AsianBeautyWholesale, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and AsianBeautyWholesale cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
