MuseAmazingNovember 27, 2025I got this mostly to remove waterproof mascara and water resistant sunscreen with silicones, and this cleansing balm removes both amazingly. But I'm reaching for this as my go-cleanser now, even when I'm not using mascara or my Japanese sunscreen. It is so smooth and feels really nourishing, and also has helped clear out my clogged pores. I'm already halfway through this pot and can't imagine not having this cleanser in my life. It's my first cleaning balm, and I don't even want to try another 😂. I've tried 3 cleansing oils and hadn't loved any of them, so tried this and am so glad I did.

Meigentle cleansing balm!November 26, 2025this feels great on my skin. it does take a little bit of rubbing to remove heavier eye make up but it still does the job. it doesn't burn or sting my eyes either. the packaging is a little weird. I don't understand the purpose of the lid if the thing separating the balm and the spatula is removable. it kind of defeats the purpose of the lid.
