In the swatches you can see the matte eyeliner and the glitter and then both of them on top of each other, you can use 2 coats of the glitter to build up the coverage -

Yona Mitathe pigment is amazingMarch 4, 2025They're so pigmented and lost lasting, and the glitter is pretty too, especially if layered on top of the coloured eye-liner. I suggest to remove it gently with a waterproof eye makeup remover or something oil based.
