I love the packaging - it's hygienic and you get enough product, without having to scoop with a spoon (which usually gets oily from the product and it's overall a mess).
Once you take the preferred quantity, it melts quickly on your palms. It glides very well on the skin, without a greasy feeling on the skin. Adding some water makes it emuslify in a pleasant way. It gently removes make-up, sunscreen and stubborn waterproof mascara, something that I truly appreciate in cleansing products. There is no stripping feeling after use and it prepares your skin for the next step of cleansing.
Overall it is a very gentle and pleasant balm cleanser. -
