the finish is not glossy like a gloss, but rather more dewy, leaning closer to a lip balm. overall pretty great, I’ve tried the lip balm as well, a good alternative if the mask is too finicky to apply -

Überraschenderweise hat das Produkt auch nicht diesen typischen unangenehmen Beigeschmack, welchen manche Produkte mit SPF gerne haben.

It feels protective and moisturizing rather than thin or watery, and most importantly, it doesn’t have the unpleasant bitter taste that some SPF lip products have. The clear version gives my lips a nice glossy, juicy look when applied generously. It also works well over lipstick as a glossy protective top layer without changing the colour underneath. It’s definitely not for a matte look, but I really enjoy the finish. I’d be interested in trying one of the tinted versions next time.
