The outer package was poorly designed - oddly shaped and completely disproportionate to the items inside. From the moment I picked it up, I noticed a smell and it got stronger when I opened and reached the bubble wrap. It's worse that a white substance had leaked everywhere. It likely came from the hair mask because the lid wasn’t even closed properly - it looked careless and sloppy.
What’s even more unacceptable is that this mask wasn’t cheap — I paid almost $80 for it. At this price point, I expect basic care, secure packaging, and quality control. Instead, I received a sticky mess that made me question if YesStyle takes their customers seriously.
For an international shipment from Hong Kong, this level of negligence is UNACCEPTABLLE. This is not the kind of first impression I expected — and now I’m still waiting for a response from YesStyle’s customer service team.
