this is a great choice for the price and size.
it has some sparkling particles, not just shimmer, but those are easy to ignore especially given the price.
it sits nicely, pretty pigmented, can easily be used as blush if you prefer shiny ones.
it will last a long time. -

I got the 03 pink one and I have been on the search for a pink highlighter, and this turned out to be beyond my expectations. I love it because it is not super glittery but more like a pink glow with some shimmer. Also the packaging is plastic but pretty, shaped like a diamond with a holographic text. Also the highlighter is shaped like a diamond. This is also pretty big in size so I bet this will be lasting a long time ! Love it sm. Only downfall is that the packaging feels a bit cheap but hey, I can't complain when it is this price!
