I have dry and sensitive skin and a few lines start to appear, since I started using his cream, the lines appeared plumped out and my skin around the eyes got more softy and lighty.However, I'm putting it on whole face after my serum on damp face. It soaks in nicely and it mattifies my skin making it matte.
