As for the whole face since I have sensitive skin I would only do it once a week. I am scared and still used it once and my skin looked bomb the next day so lowkey it does help but my skin is just too sensitive so i wouldn’t risk it more. For what I can say is that this product does not break me out which is rare so if you are looking for a spot treatment this is it.
